Lisa Wells, PhD, is an Yoga Instructor who has trained in the Anusara tradition. She is a Yoga Alliance 500 hour Registered Teacher and is also a certified as a Spiritual Director, a Soul Motion Leader, and a DanceAbility Instructor. She has a PhD in Geology. Her calling is to help individuals blossom into their full selves.
